Their unpopularity comes from most old time originators stating only the benefits of the plan and none of the drawbacks. Prior to the 21st century, one legged plans were built on pure hype.

Let’s face it, part of the pitches that you often hear from Network Marketing companies is “It’s not selling – We don’t sell. You don’t have to sell our products – just use the products.” You may have been told that it’s good you don’t have to do any sales if you just use enough of the product yourself. You may have been told by your upline, crossline, downline or line of sponsorship that all you have to do is find someone else to use the product and that is not sales. What?
