No one wants to have that many people mainly because they don’t believe they will ever get that many in just 9 weeks.  Who wants to think that is even possible much less normal?  If it is possible and you are not doing it, does that mean you are not doing your job?

Everyone really wants fast un-controlled growth.   Sure, big producers may be able to replicate it, but can a new person?

Not only can it happen – it will happen – if the right structure is used.

There are several basic approaches to getting that many people in such a short time.

You can have a very big organization.  A fast moving organization with the right structure can create a lot of momentum.  Regardless of the type of compensation structure, a large organization magnifies everything.    10,000 people just having 10% sponsor someone causes the entire organization to grow by a 1000 people.  The organization grows and the top leaders always benefit.

The new person is often encouraged by this massive growth but it often does nothing to aid their growth.  It does nothing to aid their profit.  The large organization belongs to the large leaders.  The large leaders profit and the large leaders experience the growth.

You can be a very good experienced Internet marketer.  Absolutely a great option and it has been shown that a good experienced Internet marketer can and does create a lot of movement in a very short period of time.

The key here is the word experienced.  Many new Internet marketers lack the skill levels to effectively put together an online campaign capable of recruiting 1000 people in 9 weeks.  Even a new Internet marketer that has accomplished it has a difficult time maintaining that level of success over a long period of time.

You can kill yourself trying.  Without a large organization and without using the Internet it would almost be unbelievable to recruit that many people.  Imagine doing enough home meetings and one on ones to sponsor 1000 in 9 weeks.  That would be over 110 people a week or 15 people a day!  Even doubling the numbers getting in every week would not give the same results.

Can it be done?  It probably has been done – lots of times.  That is what makes the MLM industry so great – anything is possible.

You can have the proper structure.   If everyone can benefit from every new person getting in, then it would be possible to have a new person have 1000 people in their organization.  If the compensation structure is set up as a one leg plan, then the structure works for the new person.  Matter of fact, everyone would benefit.

The large leader would get 1000 new people.  The experienced Internet marketer could get 1000 new people. The new person would get 1000 new people.  Even the person that is trying to kill himself would end up with 1000 people even if he didn’t even come close to their own personal goal.

The only MLM structure set up to have this type of fast growth that allows everyone to benefit is the linear or one leg compensation plan.
